a true relaxing paradise
great teamspecial triphelpful stafflimited choice
the team has shown such kindness, and i enjoyed every night i spent in the hotel. the whole team contributed to the accomplishment of our joy. they were so kind to me and my partner. the staff were also helpful and always available.
i noticed the all-inclusive package did not include all bars and restaurants which limited our choices. jazz bar required extra payment and only hemingway's was part of the package. breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served in the same restaurant on the first floor.

the gym features modern equipment and offers a variety of fitness options. there is also a nice spa available for relaxation and rejuvenation. the pool area is clean and well-kept with enough space to relax.

the executive room was spacious and had good housekeeping services daily. there is a coffee machine in the room however the quality of the pods could improve. the room had a lovely view offering a serene environment for relaxation.

the hotel staff were friendly. asha, subrate, kabir, divine, and jowel from terraza. the buffet meals offered excellent selections. the rooms were clean and amenities were good.
the hotel lacked some organization in general, especially at breakfast time.

i stayed in a premium suite, sea view (it was larger than expected). the room included complimentary access to the surf pool and lazy river. the breakfast buffet offered fresh pancakes from a pancake machine and cook-to-order eggs.
the tv remote needed a battery replacement.

stellar service at a prime location
attentive staffdelicious mealsdirty windows
the staff provided really good service . christian at the restaurant was particularly attentive, consistently meeting our needs. the front office team, including edmund and rozen, were efficient at check-in.. sanjitha and mary at the hostess stand were also very friendly. chef pradeep and his team prepared delicious meals.
i noticed the windows were not clean. this made it difficult to enjoy the sea view fully. the dirty windows impacted the overall experience.
